We ended the year with our annual trip to Joshua Tree National Park. Almost the whole family made it out and the weather was perfect for an amazing weekend. We camped in Indian Cove, away from the main park, which provides a more intimate experience for climbing and spending quality time together.
Everyone climbed and scrambled during the day, then gathered around the campfire after dinner for an evening of games and conversation. We even got my oldest girl on the rocks for the first time. She was a natural, fitting right in with her little sisters. https://www.nps.gov/jotr/
